Meet April, an adorable feist mix, who is ready to meet her new family!  She is the kind of girl who wants to be an only pet and be the center of all your attention.  April weighs 24# and is around a year old.  This little girl would like a fenced yard to keep her safe.  She enjoys leash walks and loves her zoomies in a fenced area.

Homeward Bound Pet Rescue is a 501 c3 non-profit who has been rehoming unwanted pets since 2000.  We are located in Blue Ridge, Gilmer Co., Georgia.

This week, we are joined by last week’s pet of the week’s brother, Peter Pan! Peter is a Hound mix with an extremely calm and loving personality. When around his siblings he can get rowdy, but when he’s alone he is calm and just wants to curl up for a nap. The Humane Society estimates he will be around 30-50 pounds. If you choose to adopt from the humane society, he will come neutered and microchipped, like all the other dogs in their care.
