Meet Lana, a 2 year old, 31 lb. border collie mix. Lana is the kind of girl where everything is a game. She loves to play with toys, run and chase balls and true to her breed; she wants to “herd” you. At this time, she plays rough and would not be a suitable pet for small children. As a working breed, a good placement would be on a farm, have a fenced yard and must be kept busy so she does not get bored.

If you are looking for someone to bring sunshine into your daily life, look no further! We want you to meet Powder, a 22 lb., 14 month old Pom/Chi. The smile you see here is the smile she greets everyone with! Powder is a happy little girl despite 6 spinal discs being herniated and twice her ideal weight. She is currently on a weight management program, exercises and physical therapy. She is already showing signs of improvement. Powder has a lot of puppy energy! She has no idea there’s anything wrong!

The smile you see here is the smile he greets everyone with! Sherman is heartworm positive but no worries! Homeward Bound will cover the expenses. We need you to provide a quiet, safe environment for him to get through the 6 months of treatments.

She has a delightful personality, loves to snuggle and is always up for a good leash walk. She came from a home with numerous dogs and got along fine. For being such a short stack, she insists on being in charge.

This smile is genuine! Meet Cheyenne, a 7 year old terrier mix, who is a little Miss Snugglebug. She is currently on a weight management and regular exercise program. Cheyenne was one of 7 dogs who were surrendered to animal control after their parents passed away. Cheyenne now loves to walk on a leash and wants to keep going. She is also getting used to a healthy dog food; not just canned and treats. Cheyenne is now completely vetted; dental and all!

Want a fun boy to share your life with? Look no further! We have Tobias who is about 1- 1 ½ years old; and 42# of goofy silliness! Life is a game for him; usually a squeak toy or a ball. He loves to chase a ball! It’s the returning it to you that eludes him. He is learning to walk on a leash and shows friendliness towards most other dogs. His new family will have to give him the time, love and patience to get him trained and he will be an awesome buddy. Cats are a no-go.

Meet Bogardus, a little dumpling of a chi-weenie, who is somewhere between 5-7 years old. He is a former stray who is now on his way to
getting to a healthy weight and getting completely vetted; including dental. He’ll be ready to go to his forever home by 2/5.

All this cuteness wrapped up in a 26 lb. beagle body with a polka dot ear to boot! Meet Chumley, a 2 year old beagle (mix??) boy who loves everyone! He came from a home with 2 other dogs. As always, we recommend bringing your dog(s) for any meet and greet. Chumley will be completely vetted on 1/28, and ready for his forever home.

Meet Domino, a 2-year-old, 54 lb. terrier mix who had been adopted about a year ago and returned due to the owners not being able to care for him any longer. Domino is a fun boy who enjoys playing catch and fetches in a fenced area, runs like the wind, and will respond to commands. He does expect hugs and treats afterward! Domino has lived with another dog in his previous life.
