Meet Bingo, a 3-4 year old chihuahua who weighs in at 8 lbs.  He had originally been rescued from an abusive situation by a family who could not keep him for the long term.  The family contacted HB and he immediately went into a foster home where he is getting along with the other dogs but thinks that cats are meant to be chased.  He does not like sudden noises or quick movements; therefore, he would not be a good candidate for a home with small children.  Bingo has slowly let down his guard and is starting to trust more people and let them into his circle.  He is a good little lap dog and enjoys being with people.
