This Week, Jessie Barton from Cameron Hall explains the importance of changing the conversation about long term care. With so much stigma around senior living and assisted living she feels that it’s important we change the narrative. She also states the best way to bring up the conversation about assisted living.
Last week, Jessie explained the Yellow Dot Program. This week, she’s bringing more information. The sign up date will be September 1st and the enrollment date will be Wednesday September 2nd from 11-1. There will be EMS on the enrollment date if the community has any questions.
This Week, Jessie Barton from Cameron Hall, introduces her new program specifically for Gilmer County Residents. The Georgia Yellow Dot Program is a program for EMS to know all information upon arriving to the scene of an accident. You place the yellow sticker on your car or on the front door. What this does is lets EMS know that there is a pamphlet with your current medications and conditions so they know exactly how to treat you! Contact Cameron Hall for more information.
