If you love handsome guys who are always happy and all about having fun, you should meet Paskal, the 2-year old, 20 pound, low-rider who never meets a stranger; human or canine.

We discovered that Paskal is heartworm positive and has already finished the first part of his treatment.  The worst, most painful part is coming up soon.  We’d love to see him in a home where he can get the rest and relaxation as he recovers from the 2 shots (one in each hip).  It’d be great if you fall in love with those beautiful amber eyes and auburn hi-lited coat and offer a furever home but at this time, a temporary foster home would be welcome too.  We do offer a 30-day trial adoption too!

Homeward Bound Pet Rescue, Inc. is located in Blue Ridge, Gilmer Co., Georgia.  We are a volunteer run organization that was established in 2000 and have successfully found forever homes for thousands of unwanted cats and dogs.  We meet by appointment only.  Our pets are up to date on vaccinations, monthly preventatives, spayed and neutered (unless otherwise disclosed due to illness or age).

All available pet bios can be found on our website; https://hbpr.org (https://hbpr.org/).  Click on the Adoption tab for available pets.  Click on Foster if interested in fostering.  Click on Donation to make a difference in the lives of the animals in our care.  Click on Volunteer to join us in our mission to find forever homes for our pets.
