If you’re looking for a pup who greets you with the prettiest smile when you are near, you ought to meet Blanche, an adorable 6 year old dachshund mix.  She loves to be with you no matter what you’re doing.  In fact, Blanche would make the perfect shadow!

Blanche came to Homeward Bound due to her previous owner no longer being able to care for her.  In the meantime, she’s made herself at home and showed us that she is an excellent leash walker, house trained and has good house manners in general.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will happily shower you with affection and share quiet moments by your side, Blanche may be your girl!  She is definitely ready to start the next chapter of her life with her next family.

Homeward Bound Pet Rescue is located in Blue Ridge, Gilmer Co., Georgia.
