Meet Harpo!  He is a sweet, snuggly 5-year old terrier mix who weighs around 14 pounds.  He is ready to soak up all the love you can give him.  Harpo has an incredible spirit and has impressed everyone with how far he’s come.  He is a reminder of just how resilient dogs can be.  Harpo enjoys the company of other dogs and has done well with kids ages 8+. He will thrive with a little continued guidance as he polishes his leash skills and house manners.  If you’re looking for a loving companion who’s happiest being close by, Harpo may be your perfect match.

Homeward Bound Pet Rescue is located in Blue Ridge, Gilmer Co., Georgia. We are a volunteer run organization that was established in 2000 and have successfully found forever homes for thousands of unwanted cats and dogs..  We meet by appointment only.  Our pets are up to date on vaccinations, monthly preventatives, spayed and neutered (unless otherwise disclosed due to illness or age).   All available pet bios on our website.
