If you’re looking for that one dog who is a friend to everyone she meets, say “Hello!” to Cierra!  You’ll know her by her stunning blue eyes!  Cierra came to us with a litter of 5 adorable puppies and stayed in a foster home where everyone got the love and care they needed.  (The puppies have found their forever homes.)  Cierra has an exuberant personality and would be too much for small children. She is a wonderful leash walker, knows a few commands, and is definitely a people pleaser.  Cierra needs a person or family who can give her the time and patience she will require as she figures out life after being abandoned with her puppies at animal control, a temporary foster home with puppies, and living in a rescue where life is anything but restful. (Yup! That’s a lot in a short amount of time.)  In return, your reward will be the faithful, unconditional love from Cierra.

Homeward Bound Pet Rescue is located in Blue Ridge, Gilmer Co., Georgia. We are a volunteer run organization that was established in 2000 and have successfully found forever homes for thousands of unwanted cats and dogs..  We meet by appointment only.  Our pets are up to date on vaccinations, monthly preventatives, spayed and neutered (unless otherwise disclosed due to illness or age).   All available pet bios on our website.
