If there was a prize for just being cute and having the personality to match, Arrow would be the winner!  He’s 12# and thought to be around 8 months old.  He’s so much fun.  That is, if you like goofy energetic puppies!  He thinks it’s great fun to chase leaves blowing across the grass!  This ok except if you’re on the other end of the leash.  Arrow would do great with other dogs, an active family who has time to play with him and give him the snuggles he craves.  A fenced-in yard would be a bonus.  More details on our website; https://hbpr.org
