Meet Jasper, a 2-year old, solid 40 lb. McNab, which is a short haired version of a border collie.  The McNab was bred for herding in the California brush and needed to have short hair and tail.  Truthfully, we doubt that Jasper has ever seen a herd of anything up close.  However, he has talents that lie elsewhere;  in some agility that we’ve tried him with, a stealth hunter of moles, great leash walker and an enthusiastic co-pilot!  Most of all, Jasper is loyal to his friends and wants to be close to your heart.  If you give him yours, he’ll promise to give you his forever.  Find out more about Jasper on our website:  hbpr.org
