Our main tasting room transforms into a festive holiday wonderland, filled with twinkling lights, cheerful music, and the warmth of good company. Enjoy four wine tastings and four holiday-inspired small bites, each crafted to capture the flavors of the season. Stroll between wine and food pairing stations, sip exclusive holiday drink specials, and soak in the magic of Christmas at Roo Mountain Vineyards. Tickets are $55 per person—come dressed in your holiday cheer and toast to the most wonderful time of the year!

1) Charcuterie Table
Duck prosciutto – Hot Coppa – Beef soppressata-Pheasant w/ pate
Apple chestnut jam – Black mission Fig jam – Smoked Blue – Sage Derby Cinnamon, Cranberry goat cheese, Espresso cheddar- Candied pecans, Salted hazelnuts – Fresh figs – Blackberries – Blueberries – cranberries, Grapes, Pouched Pear- Turkish Figs, Madagascar vanilla bean-Chia Cider, Black walnuts – marscapone, honeycomb crust

2) Risotto station
Roasted leeks- caramelized onion – lions mane- oyster -black trumpets, Lardon- porcini stock cooked in Parm wheel

3) Boneless Lamb Leg
Hen Pecked -caramelized apple and black mission figs reduction – roasted, Chestnut gremolata
