HOMEWARD BOUND PET RESCUE’S  PET OF WEEK

From those warm brown eyes to the graying muzzle to her bodacious underbite, what’s not to love?  Meet Lucea, an almost 9 year old girl who has had a bumpy ride in her not so recent past.  Her last owner rescued her from another shelter somewhere in Georgia but due to unforeseen medical challenges meant he could no longer care for her.  We’ve got her now and she’s enjoying lots of walks and snuggles.  She is a happy girl who wags her tail as soon as she catches your eye.  Seriously.  What a love pup she is!

Homeward Bound Pet Rescue is located in Blue Ridge, Gilmer Co., Georgia. We are a volunteer run organization that was established in 2000 and have successfully found forever homes for thousands of unwanted cats and dogs..  We meet by appointment only.  Our pets are up to date on vaccinations, monthly preventatives, spayed and neutered (unless otherwise disclosed due to illness or age).   All available pet bios on our website.
