65th Annual Steam Engine Parade will roll through Cumming on 4th of July

FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — The 65th Annual Thomas-Mashburn Steam Engine Parade will roll through the streets of Cumming on Monday, July 4th. It is  a nostalgic, must-see event for those new to north Georgia
Starting at 10 am those colorfully decorated relics of days gone by will begin to announce their presence with the loud blasts from their whistles that shake the earth. Bring earplugs, especially for the children. The day will be HOT so bring sunscreen and stay hydrated.
Steam Engines begin the parade across from City Hall, while all other entrants start at Forsyth Central High School. The route is Tribble Gap/Castleberry Road from Forsyth Central to the Cumming Fairgrounds.
Parking is available along the route and in the Mason/School Street and Castleberry Road Parking Decks.
