Presented by eight of the region’s premier custom home builders, this annual three-day event invites visitors to tour an exclusive collection of professionally designed mountain homes nestled throughout the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains. Each featured home showcases exceptional architecture, quality craftsmanship, innovative design trends, and breathtaking mountain views, offering inspiration for homeowners, builders, designers, and anyone who appreciates exceptional mountain living.

More than just a home tour, the Blue Ridge Mountains Parade of Homes is a community-driven event benefiting The Future of Our Trades Scholarship Foundation. Proceeds from ticket sales, along with sponsorships and donations, directly fund scholarships for local students pursuing careers in the skilled trades and construction industry. Since awarding its first scholarship in 2019, The Future of Our Trades Scholarship Foundation has awarded more than $1 million in scholarships, helping develop the next generation of skilled craftsmen and construction professionals throughout North Georgia and Southeast Tennessee.
