Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

• 15.25 oz box white cake mix
• 1/2 c.melted butter, cooled
• 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 2 large eggs
• 3/4 c. colorful jimmy sprinkles, plus more to top

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. 2In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, butter, cinnamon, and eggs. Beat with a mixer until well combined. Stir in the sprinkles.
3. 3Drop the dough by rounded tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, on the baking sheets. Top with additional sprinkles, if desired.
4. 4Bake for 10 – 12 minutes until lightly brown on the bottom edges. Let cool on the baking sheets for 2 minutes. Transfer cookies to a cooling rack to cool completely.
