Meet Frodo, an 18#, rough coat Parsons JRT, who lost his home after 9 years. He was surrendered to animal control and then transferred to us. Frodo got lucky and has moved into a foster home where he is enjoying being spoiled like he had been used to. Frodo is an avid leash walker and gets excited when he sees you walking towards him with it in your hand. He enjoys the company of adults and would not be a good candidate in a home with children.
