Chip, a border collie mix, came to us from animal control after he was surrendered by his owner due to not being able to care for him properly. Despite having been being terribly underweight, he is always a wonderful pup and wants to please his people. He is now getting to his proper weight and is in good health. Yes, there is a story; always is. However, Chip lives in the present and will wait patiently for his furever family to find him. Chip is a herding dog and will need activity, a job perhaps and lots of stimulation to keep him from being bored.
