Fast & Furriest

Homeward bound pet of the week: Milo

Our search for Milo’s forever home continues.  While he easily found his way into the hearts of his trial adopers, Milo is very protective of his loved ones and home.  He is uncomfortable with particular guests and new people in his space; so much so, that it didn’t work out for our Milo this time.  He will require a very special adopter who is able to take careful steps to gain his trust, limit visitors of all ages and understand his fear-based biting when he’s around new people.  While he may not be an “easy” fit and can be difficult to understand, Milo deserves to love and be loved.  He is currently doing well  in a foster home with other dogs, cats, and farm animals.

Homeward Bound Pet Rescue is located in Blue Ridge, Gilmer Co., Georgia. We are a volunteer run organization that was established in 2000 and have successfully found forever homes for thousands of unwanted cats and dogs..  We meet by appointment only.  All available pet bios on our website.  Start the adoption process by completing the questionnaire on our website:  https://hbpr.org
