* 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 teaspoon ground coriander
* 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
* Tortilla chips
