Homeward Bound Pet Of The Week: Charlie!

Meet Charlie, a senior who has spent his life on a chain in the yard.  His only protection from the weather was a covered porch with plastic sheeting.  He is now enjoying regular meals and staying inside when it’s cold.  Charlie does not have any expectations but is grateful for everything.  He is about 9 years old and an 85 lb. gentle giant.
