Meet Duchess, a senior girl was a stray in Gilmer County and was never claimed
by her family during the 5- day stray hold. This sweet girl was given the name
“Duchess” as an indication of the kind of lifestyle she deserves for the rest of her
life. Her age is unknown. She has early cataracts but can still see, is deaf and her
canine teeth look like they’ve been ground down but manages to readily eat wet
food. She is compliant; enjoys a good back massage, a short leash walk and a
comfy bed to rest in.
Duchess is located at Homeward Bound Pet Rescue in Blue Ridge, GA.
