Meet Levi, a 7 ½ lb., 4-year-old rat terrier who was surrendered due to his fear of
thunderstorms. We have found that a thunder shirt and a calming chew works
wonders for him. He is a little love bug with limited socialization. He loves
people, acts like he wants to make friends with other dogs but runs back to his
person if someone growls. He didn’t know what to think of the kittens at the
shelter and had no reaction except to bury his head into me.
Levi is located at Homeward Bound Pet Rescue in Blue Ridge, GA.

How sad that someone would dump their pet because it was afraid of thunderstorms. Would they do the same to their kids?
